Hunters Quay - Argyll

Hunters Quay stands out as it is set amongst incredible scenery, yet it also offers the 'holiday park experience'. Often holiday parks set in such stunning surroundings are somewhat lacking in facilities, however Hunter's marries the two.

The park has a full leisure complex with a bar which offers weekend entertainment, and the park is a designated 'Active Break' site as it also has a badminton court, two heated swimming pools, table tennis and bike hire. If you prefer you sports at a bit more leisurely pace, then you can brush up your potting skills on one of the full full sized snooker table - you don't see many of them about these days!

The only downside is that due to the steep gradients and steps, Hunters Quay is not suitable for wheelchair users or persons with severe mobility difficulties.

If you do fancy getting out and about, then there is plenty to do locally. You are surrounded by beautiful glens offering a rich variety of walks and wildlife, and it's an ideal location for visiting attractions with Oban, Inveraray, Rothesay and many wonderful Scottish Lochs all within easy reach.
