Just as it sounds, Seaton Estate Holiday Village is located in the heart of lush woodland in the grounds of a beautiful 200-year-old country mansion. This gives you access to panoramic sea views, and all the facilities of the mansion which has been recently refurbished and transformed into the Seaton Country Club.

The area consists of scenic coastline, lochs and mountain rivers, and is just outside historical Arbroath, northeast of Dundee. There's plenty to do for the nature, history, and the general fun lover, in and around the Holiday Village and throughout the local area.

Facilities at the site include access to the Country Club, it's amenities and entertainment. You could make a start with a bit of pampering and relaxation, followed by a meal in the family restaurant, then on to one of the three bars for a tipple, and on the weekend you can put your glad rags on for a bit of entertainment.

If you fancy a walk then you are right on the doorstep of a stunning coastline which is a Haven for bird-watchers and lovers of tranquility and beauty. And if you fancy a bit more exertion, then the nearby Angus Glens are great for hill-walking.

While you are there it would be a shame not to visit Dundee, a lively, cosmopolitan city with a thriving arts scene and proud maritime heritage. But, if you don't fancy the city, then there are of other sights and activities including Sensation Science Centre, The Cateran Trail, and more (see Attractions below).
