Southerness Holiday Park is the perfect location for a family holiday, situated just feet away from a two mile beach that with views overlooking the Solway Firth, and with plenty of onsite activities, you'll barely have time to leave the park.

If you do manage to escape the activities and the beach, you'll find that Dumfries & Galloway is an area rich in natural beauty. You can enjoy great walks along the Galloway coastline or head into Dumfries for a bit of culture. And if you don't fancy heading off into the town you'll find plenty of things nearby to keep you busy.

To keep the kids busy in the park there's a soft play area, amusements, and clubs for kids and teens. If you want joint activities then how about a family round of crazy golf, or gentle meander along the nature trail - followed by a well earned delicious meal at the Coast Bar & Kitchen?

If the sea is a bit nippy, then Southerness has an indoor swimming pool, so no matter what the weather, there's always the opportunity for a healthy dip and a few lengths.

In the evening the Sunset Showbar, will keep you entertained with live entertainment every evening, including competitions, some great games with Maxi and friends as well as visiting cabaret.

If you do have toddlers on board, then Treetops Tots is a special club just for pre-school children aged 4 and under with an interactive programme based on play, learning and exploration and of course fun.
